"Having never used the paw balm before, I wasn't really sure what to expect. That being said, it comes from the pod really easily and Ever seemed to enjoy having it massaged into her pads. No irritation or discomfort afterwards and they do seem softer. I haven't noticed any marks or residue on the floors/furniture afterwards."
