Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders often arrive sooner, but delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, seasonal demand, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pennysworth.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 1–2 working days.

If your parcel appears to be missing, we may need to open an investigation with the courier. Please allow 48 hours for us to start this process. The courier may then require up to 14 days to investigate and attempt to locate the parcel.

If your order cannot be located, we will usually arrange a replacement. If the original parcel later arrives, we may ask you to return it to us.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
